Lightsource Open Day feat. partners Bega & Lutron

Lightsource are delighted to be hosting partners Bega & Lutron on the 14th November 2019 as part of our Open Day.

Utilising our newly renovated space – The Engine Room, we are excited to be hosting two of our newest partners – Bega & Lutron.

Bega are market leaders with their production processes, with over 70 years experience making outstanding architectural products. Lutron lead the way in lighting controls. As the inventors of the dimmer switch, Lutron know a thing or two about lighting control. We cannot wait to host both of these market giants here at The Engine Room in Belfast.

For the day, partners Bega invite you to Touch, Feel & Follow as part of their ‘Splash of Light’ mobile exhibition. Experience their technology & assembly for yourself and see the latest BEGA innovations firsthand. In a superb feat of logistical organisation, the Bega mobile exhibition is being driven from England to Belfast to allow industry professionals the chance to explore Bega products up close.

Lightsource are looking forward to welcoming Lutron‘s Neil Mclean – BEng (Hons) to host our CPD sessions which are running throughout the day. Neil will be presenting seminars on Total Light Management for Occupant Comfort and the WELL Building Standard Management. The WELL Building Standard focuses on improving the sustainability of buildings by designing for the wellbeing of its occupants.

Each CPD session will be followed by a presentation by Michael Wilson, MD of Bega. This will be a truly informative, educational day. These CPD sessions are both RIBA & CIBSE approved. To read more about the specific areas of the sessions click here and if you would like to attend a CPD session on the 14th November please send an email to marketing@thelightsource.co.uk with your name and email address.

After an initial round of CPD sessions held in October this year, which saw over 70 of our valued industry peers attend, Lightsource are delighted to be hosting this second CPD event – this time with the support of partners Lutron & Bega.
