Sales Consultant
Hours: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 0900 – 1700, 7.5 hours per day Holidays: 30 days inc. Stats Salary: negotiable + commission
Responsibilities include
Sales
- Drive new business from existing and new clients
- Help clients source and select lights for their projects
- Regular short stay travel (expected to travel within UK and Ireland)
- Meet with and develop relationships with clients
- Build quotes and Source Products
- Process enquiries and orders from customers
- Handle incoming calls, emails and voicemails
After-Sales Support
- Managing sales returns and liaising with suppliers/sales team to establish best solution
- Relaying relevant changes in order status to customers and sales team
- Verifying pricing and stock levels
- Liaising with purchasing team
- Following up on orders with our various international suppliers
Essential requirements
- Full clean driving license
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant / Executive (or similar)
- Willingness to regularly travel within UK and Ireland
- Be reliable, flexible and able to demonstrate high standards when working to targets / KPIs / customer expectations
- Excellent written English
- Have demonstrable communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and handle complaints
- Be able to work together as part of a team to achieve a common goal
- Be organised & keen to provide excellent customer service
- Be computer literate
- Passion for/experience in interior design/electrical/construction industry

We partner with interior designers, architects and contractors to provide lighting solutions in bars, restaurants, hotels, homes and beyond. We’re responsible for lighting the Grand Central Hotel, The Bullitt, the Harp Bar, Ormeau Baths, Chain Reaction Cycles and Randox Health as well as many more in London and overseas.
