My goods are faulty
The fault must be reported to Customer Services within 48 hours of receiving your delivery in order for a replacement or refund to be arranged. Faulty goods must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days after receiving them. They must not have been installed, modified or used in any way.
If your fitting develops a fault whilst under warranty please contact our Customer Services Department.
I don't like the light fitting I bought. Can I return it?
Yes, subject to our conditions of return.
Our 14-day returns guarantee ensures that you can return goods providing that they are still in their original packaging, unopened and with seals intact. You must also contact Customer Services within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to arrange their return and to organise an appropriate refund which will be credited to your account on receipt of the returned goods. Please note, you will be charged a 20% handling fee.
To avoid any confusion please contact us first before returning goods.
Please note that this service is not available if the product you ordered had to be made to specification, as in the case of many chandeliers, or unusual specialist products. Hence do not return goods without contacting us first.
